What is the difference between “Suggestion based hypnotherapy” and Hypnoanalysis?

Different Hypnosis therapies are available for particular situations and conditions.

  • Traditional / suggestion hypnotherapy: It involves imparting ‘suggestions’ to the subconscious mind for new and positive perceptions, beliefs and behavioral patterns. It is very effective for short-term basis as it requires no addressing of root cause to the problem.
  • Analytical/ Hypnoanalysis: This is a therapy of deep analysis where the root cause of the issue is discovered and pulled out. It is for longer standing concerns. The susceptibility of subliminal mind to decipher and alter the auto-stored beliefs is highlighted. Where Suggestion hypnotherapy educates ‘how to manage a problem’, Analytical hypnotherapy ‘resolves it once and for all’.
